Our website is located at www.uldynamics.com (the “Site”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you visit or interact with our Site.

- Service providers who assist us in operating the Site or our business, including our web hosting and security provider (Cloudflare) and our contact form delivery service (FormSubmit), subject to confidentiality obligations.
- Professional advisors such as attorneys or accountants, where necessary and under obligations of confidentiality.
- Law enforcement or regulatory authorities if required by law, court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Urban Land Dynamics or others.
We do not share your personal information with unaffiliated third parties for commercial purposes.

Our Site currently uses only strictly necessary cookies and technical mechanisms required for the Site and its contact form to function properly, including spam-prevention (Cloudflare Turnstile). We do not currently use Google Analytics or other third-party analytics or advertising cookies; if that changes, we will update this Policy accordingly. You may disable cookies in your browser settings at any time, though doing so may limit some functionality of the Site. We do not currently respond to Do Not Track (DNT) signals.

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, or as required by applicable law. Contact form submissions are generally retained for up to three (3) years unless an ongoing client relationship requires longer retention.
8. Third-Party Links
Our Site may contain links to third-party websites, including social media platforms. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites and encourage you to review their privacy policies before submitting any personal information.
9. Children’s Privacy
Our Site is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.
